Drive safely
TeslaSound is entertainment only. Keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel. Do not operate the screen while driving, and let a passenger do it or use it while parked. Engine sounds can mask sirens, horns and other warnings, so keep the volume sensible. You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws.
How TeslaSound works
We rev the engine based on GPS signals. The engine sound follows your location and speed, which your browser measures with GPS once you allow location access. Without location access the engine cannot rev. Location is processed in your browser only. See the privacy policy.
Provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Speed and sound are estimated from your device's GPS and may be delayed or inaccurate. TeslaSound is not a speedometer and must not be used to judge your speed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any accident, injury, fine, loss or damage arising from your use of TeslaSound. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Subscription
Pro costs $3 per month, billed by Stripe, and you can cancel any time. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A subscription can be linked to up to 2 cars.
No affiliation
TeslaSound is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Porsche, Ferrari or any other car maker. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the kind of sound being imitated.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it in a way that is unlawful.
Changes
We may change the service or these terms. Continuing to use TeslaSound after a change means you accept it. Contact: lifemock@gmail.com.
